This Returns & Refund Policy is managed by Cactus IT Services Private Limited for Petalpalette. At Petalpalette, customer satisfaction is our priority.  To qualify for a refund, returned items must meet the following requirements:  

  • Unopened Packaging: Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging.   
     
  • Tags Attached: All original tags must remain intact and attached to the product.   
     
  • Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as when you received them.   
     
  • Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days.  


Criteria for Refund Eligibility  

If you’d like to request a return, our customer support team is ready to help every step of the way. To make the process smooth and efficient, please share the following details when you reach out:  

  • Order Number: Include your order number so we can quickly locate your purchase in our system. 
     
  • Reason for Return:  Provide a clear and detailed explanation of why you wish to return the item.

To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, returned in their original packaging, and have all original tags attached. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days. The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method used at checkout. 

Conditions for Partial Refunds  

In certain cases, a partial refund may be granted for items that are returned with minor damage or missing components, depending on our assessment. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part. Customers are responsible for covering the cost of shipping items back to us. 

Exceptions to Refunds  

Some items are not eligible for refunds under specific conditions:  

  • Hygiene-Sensitive Products: For hygiene and safety reasons, personal care or grooming products cannot be returned once opened or used.   
     
  • Original Packaging: All returns must include the original packaging and tags to qualify for a refund.   
     
  • Visible Signs of Use: Items showing excessive wear, damage, or signs of use beyond normal handling cannot be accepted for a refund.
